Oooh! My mean landlord

I've just spent the past hour listening to the landlord berate our poor Casanova for using the wrong sized screws, bolts, drill bits, whatever! All this for my simple little coat rack (which cost me $20 but has since gone up in price to $45, in my mind).

He's going on his first summer fishing trip tomorrow. I hear he does that often in the sunny season, after he's collected the rents, bien sur.
